Great gym with loads of equipment. Perfect for anyone visiting with a day pass at $15. Staff were friendly and signed me up in no time. Parking available too.
Great gym. Old school bodybuilding equipment. Loads of plate-loaded Hammer Strength gear and dumbells to 150+. I got a week pass for a great rate, and visited between 4-7pm and it was never overly busy. Helpful staff too. Recommend

Great gym! I was visiting and Titan made it so easy to join for the week. Staff were friendly and the gym has all the equipment you could need for a great lift. I loved how organized the cable attachments were, no running around to find what you need. Hope to return on my next visit!

This is a great old school bodybuilding gym. I stopped in on a day pass and Ray at the front desk was welcoming, friendly, and very helpful. Wall to wall mix of old-style and new-style equipment, and a good mix of older and younger patrons. If you are looking for a no-frills, serious workout in Fort Lauderdale, this is the place to go.
